A system where AI agents operate under a constitutional document (The Architect) with a mandatory Integrity Gate (5 ethical tests, ALL_MUST_PASS policy) that cannot be bypassed. Every significant action is tested against Fairness, Uprightness, Community, Light, and Craft before execution. Patent 001

2. The Domino Chain Economic Engine

A cascading on-chain workflow where a single commission trigger executes: escrow funding, artist verification, payment release, 5-party revenue split, NFT minting with embedded royalties, immutable audit recording, civic impact measurement, and automatic grant unlocking for the next artist. One push, 11 dominoes. Patent 003

3. Multi-Agent Spectacle Engine

An orchestration system where 17 specialized AI agents collaborate through 8 generation pipelines (pages, contracts, briefs, decks, features, agents, content, infrastructure), governed by DEFCON threat levels and breathing modes (sprint, reflective, alert, recovery). Patent 002

4. On-Chain Artist-First Revenue Enforcement

Smart contracts (RevenueSplitter.sol) that enforce a minimum 50% artist share at the code level. The contract mathematically rejects any configuration where the artist receives less than half. Combined with RoyaltyEngine.sol enforcing minimum 5% perpetual royalties. Artist-first is not a policy. It is a mathematical constraint.

5. The Beautiful Buffet Revenue Architecture

Five distinct revenue split configurations (standard, sponsorship, grant, resale, salvage) each optimized for different commission types while maintaining artist-first economics. Includes a food waste salvage vertical (OnlyCans) with supplier/kitchen/community splits. All enforced on Hedera hashgraph.

6. Sentinel Composed Resilience

A zero-dependency resilience library that composes 5 patterns (circuit breaker, retry, timeout, fallback, bulkhead) into a single withResilience() call. Includes error classification (transient/permanent/timeout/unknown/circuit_open), a global circuit registry, and dead letter processing. The organism's immune system.

7. Civic Impact Quantification Engine

A mathematical model that converts civic art activations into dollar values across 5 dimensions: graffiti reduction ($2,500/wall), tourism lift ($15,000/mural), youth employment ($8,000/person), mental health value ($3,000/participant), and property value increase ($25,000/block). Generates human-readable impact narratives for grant applications and city council presentations.

8. Layer 8 Human-Machine Interface

A conceptual and technical framework proposing a new layer atop the OSI model: the human layer. Where Layer 7 (Application) serves data to interfaces, Layer 8 proposes that AI perceives and acts on human desktops as a collaborative partner. The 100 hand-built HTML pages, zero-framework PWA, and 17-agent organism are the reference implementation.
